Sewing Machine Blues

For the past few days I have been trying to put together a trainer for Z baby, by utilizing a prefold and some 1" FOE. Unfortunately, it did not go so well.

Yup, that is a broken needle, people. And no, placing in a new one is not going to solve my issue. My new issue is the fact that I have now placed my sewing machine out of alignment which is going to cost me money (I don't have) to get it serviced. This machine cost me $50, service fees are double that. NOT worth it! I am officially unable to sew until I can get my Husqvarna Viking Lily back from Utah. *sigh*

It makes me sad. I won't be able to finish the girls blankets by xmas, either. :( I will now go crawl into a hole and will peep my head out to see if it is safe.

  1. Can you hand sew this? Also, I DO Have a machine you are welcome to borrow (that's collecting dust) if you get desperate. It's a cheapie, but better than nothing if you don't hand sew.
